Beardyman

We started working with Beardyman as his Visual Director during spring 2011. He asked us to provide him with a touring package around European festivals showcasing and enhancing his current set.

We achieved this by using a number of bullet cameras placed around his onstage equipment which are then mixed in live with video content filmed specifically for this show. We then utilize a number of old school video effects such as glitch and feedback through old 1980′s vhs video cameras to give the set an analogue feel.

We’ve also designed the system for his new venture ‘Beardyman and the Freestyle Orchestra’ which is an expanded show encompassing a live drummer and strings which is available for bookings throughout the 2012 festival season. An example of this show can be seen below.
